Information we collect

We collect the account and professional information you submit, such as your name, work email, company, Telegram account, X account, referral information, application notes, and password credentials. Passwords are handled as authentication credentials and are not shown to other clients.

For approved users, we also process project assignments, workspace communications, service activity, balances and transaction records, plus technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the platform.

How we use information

We use this information to review access requests, authenticate users, assign the correct projects, provide managed services, communicate about operations, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

Access and sharing

The operational dashboard is not public. Users only see projects explicitly assigned to their client UID. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers needed for hosting, authentication, communication, analytics, and security, subject to appropriate access controls.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes, maintain operational records, and meet applicable obligations. No online system is risk-free, but we use access controls and technical safeguards designed for a private client platform.

Your choices

You may ask the operations team assigned to your workspace to review, correct, or delete account information where applicable. Access may be limited when records must be retained for security, contractual, or legal reasons.
