Terms of Service · Effective August 28, 2026

Terms for private client access.

These terms govern access to the Compound Trades website and private client workspace. Project-specific services may also be governed by a separate written agreement.

Eligibility and authorized use

You must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful business purposes. Creating an account does not grant access to any project. Only projects explicitly assigned to your client UID are authorized.

Account security

Keep your credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not probe, bypass, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to access another client’s project or data.

Managed services and market risk

Digital-asset markets are volatile and involve operational, liquidity, smart-contract, exchange, custody, regulatory, and network risks. Dashboard information is operational reporting, not a guarantee of performance or general investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Separate agreements

Commercial terms, approved activities, fees, funding, risk parameters, withdrawals, and project responsibilities may be set out in a separate client agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, secure, suspend, or change the platform as reasonably needed. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Independent service
